Fresh Fruit: Fruits with high water content like watermelon are a great snack and help in detoxification. Also, bananas, strawberries, pear and grapes are helpful.
Vegetables: Raw, steamed or stir fry, vegetables are helpful in cutting the fat deposit. Use radish, carrots, asparagus, tomatoes, spinach, lettuce, mushrooms are recommended.
Drink water: Divide your weight by 8 to ascertain the number of glasses of water required by your body.

Many cellulite creams do have caffeine as their key ingredient but you can use a coffee scrub made at home too. Detoxification: You need to detoxify your body to get rid of cellulite. Particularly the colon and the liver needs to be detoxified if you need to get rid of cellulite.
Exercising: Work out your muscles at least 3 times a week. Remember, more muscle and few fats equal to reduced cellulite.
